ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of members of the St. Louis Old Boys' Association Limited (the "Association") will take place on Saturday, 2nd March 2024, from 4:30 pm to 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the St. Louis School, 179 Third Street, West Point, Hong Kong (the "AGM Venue"). The AGM will cover the following agenda:

To confirm the minutes of the last annual general meeting.

To receive and adopt the Annual President’s Report for the preceding year.

To receive and approve the Honorary Treasurer’s Financial Reports and the audited Statement of Accounts.

To appoint Auditor for the ensuing year.

To elect Directors/Council Members of the Association for the ensuing year.
All eligible members listed in the directory are invited to attend the meeting. Members who wish to appoint a proxy should complete and sign the enclosed proxy form. The proxy form must be submitted to the registered office of the Association or delivered to the Honorary Secretary of the Association at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled meeting.
