Notice of the First Nomination Period of the Alumni Manager Election 2018-2020

Mr. TAM Tai Wai, David (2003) is appointed as the Returning Officer of the Alumni Manager Election 2018-2020 on Jan 4, 2018. Notice is hereby given that the First Nomination Period of the Alumni Manager Election for the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) of St. Louis School starts on Mar 24, 2018 00:00am and ends on Apr 17, 2018 10:00am. All past pupils of St. Louis School who are registered as a voter before the start of the nomination period are eligible to participate in the election. If you are a registered SLOBA member, you are already a qualified voter of the IMC Alumni Manager Election. Otherwise, please complete the voter registration form and return it to SLOBA office on or before Mar 24, 2018.

All matters in relation to the system of the election held for the purpose of making nomination of the alumni manager (the “Alumni Manager”) of the Incorporated Management Committee of St. Louis School (the “IMC”) under Section 40AP of the Education Ordinance (the “Election”) shall be governed by the Regulations of the Election of Alumni Manager in Clause 66 of the Articles of SLOBA.
