ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of the St. Louis Old Boys' Association Limited will be held on Thursday, 1st March, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at World Trade Centre Club Hong Kong, 38 /F., World Trade Centre , 280 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong for the following purposes :

• To receive and adopt the Presiden's Report for the preceding year.

• To receive and approve the Hon. Treasurer's Financial Reports and the audited Statement of Accounts for the preceding year.

• To appoint Auditor for the ensuing year.

• To elect Directors/Council Members of the Association for the ensuing year.

• Any other business.

All members listed in the directory, who being eligible, are invited to attend the meeting. Members wishing to appoint a proxy should duly complete and sign the enclosed proxy form. The proxy form shall be deposited at the registered office of the Association or delivered to the Honorary Secretary of the Association not less than twenty-four hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting.
